Policies, Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to Miomozione. ("Site"). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").
The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "www.miomozione.com" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY: Miomozione is committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. We only ask for information necessary to process your order in an efficient manner. We will never share any of your information with any individual outside our company without your clear consent. Miomozione Confidentiality We consider Personal Information to be all that information, which can be used to locate you, contacts you, or determine your specific identity. When other information is linked to Personal Information, it also becomes Personal Information. All personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is considered private and confidential. This personal information is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes that you have given us permission for e.g. provision of services. Miomozione guarantees that no personal information will be released to an individual or corporation except when client authorization is received allowing the information to be released. Miomozione Privacy Policy Change Miomozione may change its privacy policy but all changes made regarding disclosure of Personal Information to third parties will be made after notification through electronic means prior to the date the modified policy takes effect. Any new policy will have effect only, to information previously gathered without your express consent. Miomozione is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of participants in its various affiliate programs.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
By entering into any contract or agreement with Miomozione for products and/or services to be provided by Miomozione, including without limitation ordering any products or services through the Miomozione web site (hereinafter referred to as your Contract with Miomozione), you hereby agree to abide by, comply with and be legally bound by the policies, terms and conditions hereinafter set forth (these Terms and Conditions). For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, references to the products and/or services provided by Miomozione shall include, without limitation, logos, designs, names, graphics or similar materials or information, whether or not protectable, corporate gift items, printing services, web design, stationery, brochures, and other design services, and any and all future product or service offerings of Miomozione. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the services of Miomozione or enter into your Contract with Miomozione. These Terms and Conditions are hereby incorporated by reference into your Contract. To the extent that any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any provision of your Contract, the provision set forth herein shall be deemed amended so as to be consistent with the provisions of your Contract. Miomozione reserves the right to modify, amend, update and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time with notice via email or other means. You are responsible for regularly viewing these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that Miomozione Studio shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, amendment, suspension, discontinuance or other change to these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT Half (50%) of the Payment for any and all products and services to be provided by Miomozione under your Contract is due in advance of the commencement of any work by Miomozione. This will be paid thru PAYPAL with tax included. The remaining balance for all projects and services the package, to include stationery design, logos, web design, brochure design, graphic design, printing, and any other service you agree to, will be collected upon completion of your final draft of designs. Your logo designs will be delivered in a JPG format with our copyright logo bright and bold. This is just the sample, which you will view by downloading the zip file or email. It may include a password that will be provided to you. You can find all this information in the email that you provided to us. If your email you provide is not valid or is filtered by your email system, Miomozione will not be liable for any late service fees and will not refund clients for this reason, unless Miomozione sees fit to do so. All payment invoices will be sent thru PAYPAL. *If you do not have a PAYPAL account then you must register for one. If you do not agree with this term of payment, Miomozione reserves the right to cancel business with the client.

BRANDING & LOGOS TERMS:
Work Flow For Graphic Design Projects:
• Will provide at least 2-3 initial directions for your review and work one chosen direction to 
 your satisfaction. (chosen direction may incorporate elements from any of the directions)
• We will proceed with development after verbal or written approval on directions.
• Concepts will be presented via email and / or other specified method.
• You can expect to see initial directions within 2 weeks.
• If major changes or reworks are requested after an approval then project may be subject to 
 an hourly rate of $45 per hour.
• Final Art will be provided to you in print ready format (Set up for print production)

 *Our payment terms are 50% deposit to start the job and 50% upon completion.

GRAPHIC DESIGN TERMS:

WEBSITE TERMS:
Work Flow For Website Design and Web Development Projects:
• We will provide at least 1-3 initial directions for your review and work one chosen direction 
 to your satisfaction. (chosen direction may incorporate elements from any of the directions)
• We will proceed with development after written approval on directions.
• Concepts will be presented via email and / or our client login center.
• You can expect to see initial directions within 2 weeks.
• If major changes or reworks are requested after an approval then project may be subject to 
 an hourly rate of $45 per hour.
• Final Website will be provided to you and uploaded "live" once balance has been payed.

*Our payment terms are 50% deposit to start the job and 50% upon completion.

PRINTING TERMS:
Printing Policies and Artwork Set up:
• If you are providing the artwork we require press ready pdf file.
 -.125" bleed all around (unless other is specified)
 - crop marks
 - single page .pdf files (must label front and back)
• Standard Turn around time for printing is 2-4 business days unless other is specified.
• We ship standard UPS ground (3-5 business days)
• Rush Printing and Shipping is available for all jobs at additional cost.


*For printing we require payment in full before submitting job to press.
